Frank Mustilli

Head Coach & Managing Director

Frank has trained and developed individual champions at the District, State, National and World Championship levels. A fixture of New Jersey fencing since 1991, he founded NJFA as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2004.

Monica Aksamit

Sabre Coach

Olympic bronze medalist in women's team sabre at the 2016 Rio Games and a Matawan, NJ native. A two-time NCAA team champion and three-time All-American at Penn State, Monica brings world-class sabre experience to NJFA.

Andrew Doddo

Sabre Coach

South Orange native, Columbia University graduate and Columbia High School alum who came up through the New Jersey high school circuit and trained under NJFA founder Frank Mustilli. A Senior World team medalist and former top-ranked U.S. cadet, Andrew brings elite sabre experience home to NJFA.
