Frank Mustilli has been an integral part of New Jersey’s illustrious fencing programs since 1991. Frank’s professional expertise encourages self-esteem, self-confidence, and enthusiasm. His proficiency in all weapons, combined with the desire and passion of his students propel them and their teams to top rankings in the district, state, regional, national, and world championships.

Frank founded New Jersey Fencing Alliance (NJFA) a 501 (c) 3 in 2004. The Club is dedicated to introducing the sport of fencing to people of all ages, athletic abilities, and diversity.

Alejandra Terán is a Mexican fencer. She competed in the women's épée event at the 2016 Summer Olympics. In 2017, she competed in the women's team foil event at the 2017 Pan American Fencing Championships held in Montreal, Canada. Alejandra also holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science.

Brian was a 2021 Olympic Coach for Team USA at the Tokyo Olympic Games. Brian has been part of a coaching staff for Team USA Women's Foil that has guided athletes to international success, including consecutive Senior Team World Cup wins for the first time in history. Brian's athletes have also achieved individual success at both the international and domestic levels, including a bronze medal at a Senior World Cup and gold medals at Division 1 and Junior national tournaments.
As an athlete, Brian began his fencing career in 2000 under the tutelage of Frank Mustilli, and went on to train with Olympic Coaches Buckie Leach and Jed Dupree. A lifelong resident of Maplewood, NJ, Brian competed for Columbia High School, where he was both a two-time State Individual and two-time Team Champion. He also fenced for Harvard University, where he was a four-time All-American and a team captain. Brian was a member of three Cadet and Junior World Championship Teams and competed at the Senior World Cup level for Team USA for many years.

Abdule has coached at a number of clubs in the region and has coached at local high schools including Kent Place School, Saint Peter Prep School, and Newark Academy.

Janine is a graduate of Columbia High School and was the women's overall team captain in 2019 and the women's team sabre captain in 2018. Janine is currently an NCAA Div 1 fencing team member at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
